- Kehr’s sign : refers to left shoulder pain caused by the irritation of the inferior surface of the diaphragm due to bleeding from a splenic rupture when a person is lying down and the legs are elevated

Charcot triad in choleo-docho-lithiasis- = intermittent jaundice , intermitten pain , intermittent fever
- Reynod's pentad = Charcot + altered mental status + shock/hypotension
