  2. Atropic GAstritis( due to Pernicius anemia ➡️ adenocarcinoma)
  3. Hypersegmented Neutrophils
  4. if ⬇️ folate = ⬇️serum folate , ⬆️ Homocysteine
  5. if ⬇️ Vitamin B12 = ⬇️Serum vitB12,⬆️Homocyteine ,⬆️ Methyl-Manolnoic acid.
