Steps of Recruitment

  1. Margination

    • Leukocytes reach the marigin of the vessel due to Arteriole Dilation and Increased Capilary Permeability
  2. Rolling

    graph TD
        X[types of Endothelial Selectins] ==> x1a[P- selectins from Weibel-Palade bodies activated by histamine] &         x1b[E-Selectins induced by Il-1,TNF];
    • rolling of Leukocytes by One type of Selectins of Endothelium
    • Binding to Sayl Lewis X on the Leukocytes
  3. Adhesion

    • Strong Adhesion by CAMs of endothelium by TNF and IL-1 with Integrins of Neutrophil by LTB4,C5a activation

Leukocyte Adhesion deficiency

  • Autosomal Recessive Disease of CD18(Integrin) failure to expressed , leads to failure of Neutrophil adhesion to Endothelium
  • Lack of Pus formation
  • Elevated Neutrophil (Lack of Integrin for attachment to rest on lUngs)
  • Failure of Umbilical cord Separation (no Acute inflammation for umbilical Cord Separation)
  1. Migration to the region

    • By chemotaxis IL-8,LTB4,C5a
  2. Phagocytosis

    • enchanters IgG,C3b

Chediak-Higashi Synndrome

  • Autosomal Recessive Disease in failure of abnormal Microtubule formation, leads to defect in intracellular transport
  • Albinism(cannot send Melanin to Keratinocytes)
  • Neutropenia(Failure to move sister Chromatids)
  • GAint granules in Neutrophil in Golgi(failure to distribute )
  • Defective Primary Hemostsis (Platelet granules distribution defect)
  • Peripherial Neuropathy(Failure to Transport substance to end of Axon)
