Categories of dengue fever¶

Without serious symptoms
- fever ,nausea,leukopenia,rash Or
- fever + positive torquing test
with serious symptoms
- above with abdominal pain/tenderness,hepatomegaly..etc…
severe symptoms
- Sever plasma leakage Or
- respiratory distress

Febrile phase
Critical phase(increased vascular permeability,increased hematocrit]
Convalesce phase

Treament¶

- Indetify the phase of infection and stage of disease progression 
- Intra-venous supportive therapy for shock
- Avoid aspirin/Ibufropin which worsen the hemorrhage
- Mosquito Controll
