• Histoplasma(Cave)
• Coccidiodes(Sand Storm)
• Blastomyces(rotten wood)

1. Histoplasma

- Birds and Bst droppings spore inhalation
- Normal individual asymptomatic
- Lung infection with calcifiacation
-  In Aids patient Dissemination --> Hepatosplenomegaly

2. Coccidoides

- Destert storm --> spores inhalation 
<mark> Spherules with endospores……</mark>
- Lung infection ,fever cough,leg pain
<mark> erythema nodules in legs </mark>

3. BLastomyces

- Rotten wood , spores inhaled 
- broad budding yeast in cells
- lung infection ,fever , cough, erythema nodules on legs

Treatment

• regional - Itraconazole
• In Immunocompromised -- amphitericin B
