- Mono-morphic most common [150-200bpm]
- Non-sustained VT <30sec reverts to normal
V-fib¶

- twisting points
- paroxysmal form of polymorphic VT
- Female > Male risk
- acquired > Congential
- Acquired by Electrolyte disturbances [hypomagnesia,hypokalemia,medication of 1A,1C agents ]
