Atrial Enlargment¶
- P wave size in Lead 2 => tall or Wide
- P wave axis
- Leads V1 changes
Right vs left atrial enlargment = V1 & Lead 2 P waves¶

Ventricualr Hypertrophy¶
- moniter QRS in V6,V1 for QRS cahnges
- Deep S wave hypertrpohied ventricle
- large Q-R time
Diagnse LVH¶
Sokolow criteria - S wave of V1 + R wave of V5-V6 >/ 3.5mv (35mm) OR R wave in V5-V6 >2.6mv (26,,)
